Vacant property checks done on a regular basis.  We realize that many homeowners of vacant properties have a substantial investment and it is not checked on a regular basis.  This is due to an owners work commitment, distance and cost of travel.  It makes sense to have the peace of mind knowing their investment is being watched over.

We have eight years of inspection experience.  We look for small problems that can affect the value and the use of the unit.  Things that could affect a property are, heating/cooling, leaks, electrical breakers, window and doors, and vandalism.

No one likes to walk into a home that has items needing attention, especially at night or weekends.  Service and repairs take a lot longer during the busy season, especially lighting or A/C problems.   We will identify the problem, and call the homeowner with reports.  We can set up e-mail reports on line.

Pricing will be based on monthly or by-monthly inspections.  It will also be based on the size of the property and distance.
